Works from the permanent collection

17 may — 29 jun. 2019

In 2005 Katthy Cavaliere undertook a residency in Goulburn, creating new works responding to locale. 'Living Rag Doll’, 2005 was a performance work shot live at ‘Tony’s New and Used Furniture’ in Verner Street, and ‘Gazed of the Masked Philosopher’ 2004, a photograph capturing the view of Goulburn through the eyes of our Big Merino. Holding both of these works in its permanent collection, the Gallery is now honoured to show three works from Cavaliere’s body of work that followed.

The Gallery thanks the Estate of Katthy Cavaliere for their generous donation that has made this exhibition possible.
