Port Melbourne

3 feb. — 10 mar. 2015

This tapestry weaving is an expression of the passion I have for the craft, using a kaleidoscope of colour, shape and texture to tell my story.  While Thomas occassionally draws from memory, Thomas almost never makes a work about something from the imagination.  The original drawing was a row of historical cottages, in inner Melbourne, and the waters which flow in the port, remind me of a beach holiday, when she was a young child.
