To coincide with the Gallery's current exhibition, the 2017 Archibald Prize, Natasha Walsh will lead a workshop on self-portraiture for young children. In the Gallery, Natasha will begin with a discussion about her practice in reference to her work that is a finalist in the Prize, The scent of rain (self-portrait). Moving to the workshop, participants will use mirrors to work on a series of self-portrait studies and sketches before completing an acrylic painting on canvas board.
